The 38th Zagreb International Book Fair opened on Tuesday with 266 participating publishing companies from countries all over the world.
Since debuting in 2014, Chinese books have been attracting more attention from Croatians at this annual event. The exhibition booth of the China National Publications Import and Export (Group) Corporation, for example, sits in a 50 square meter area, larger than last year. A large number of local visitors stopped by to read and choose Chinese books.
