Easy Talk: China's new wine culture

France has led the world in wine consumption for centuries, but that is expected to change as China could take the lead by as early as 2016. In the last six years wine consumption in China has doubled twice, and domestic production has quadrupled within a decade, making it the 5th largest wine producing country. So what are some of the reasons behind this exploding trend? And when did China become so wild about wine?
