GUIYANG - A new promoting platform for the National Ethnic Minorities Games was officially launched on Tuesday. An official announced the games would be advertising via microblog.
Zhou Xiaoyun, the deputy head of the publicity department in Guizhou province, called upon netizens to acquire information and interact through the new account.
Zhou also expressed gratitude to the Internet giant qq.com, the sponsor who provided the platform.
The event will be held in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China’s Guizhou province in September. Officials expect more than 20,000 athletes, guests and volunteers to attend.
