The photo taken on June 26, 2015, shows a bomb disposal rat sniffing out landmines. The giant rats, trained to detect landmines in war-torn areas of Africa, have saved thousands of lives with their skills. The rats, trained by an organization called Apopa, can search a 200-square-metre radius in just 20 minutes, while the same-sized search area would take a human mine detector 25 hours to cover.
