A man who claimed that his checked luggage contained ammunition and hazardous articles caused his flight departing from Beijing's Capital Airport to be delayed for over two hours, according to Xinhuanet.
The man surnamed He is under administrative detention.
A staffer at the airport reported to police at about 3pm Tuesday that the man had allegedly checked in luggage weighing 500 kilograms filled with ammunition and hazardous articles on a flight from Beijing to Fuzhou.
