Chopping attack on street causes casualties

Three people - two passers-by and a suspect who was shot dead by police - were killed in the incident that appeared to be due to a business dispute, Changsha Evening News reported.

An eyewitness says two groups of people quarreled and scuffled at around 10 am. One man stabbed another and then indiscriminately attacked passers-by.
