CHANGCHUN - Ten people were killed and another 17 injured in a bus fire on Wednesday morning in Jilin city in Northeast China's Jilin province, local authorities said.
The local fire department was alerted at 7:05 am that a shuttle bus of Fukang wood company was on fire while traveling along a street.
Forty-three people were on board when the fire broke out.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
