Two heating supply pipelines exploded at Harbin, Heilongjiang province, on Tuesday, China News Service reported.
A car fell into a ditch caused by the explosion heat supply to around 700 residents was affected.
The broken pipelines were to be fully repaired on Wednesday morning, the local heating supply department.
