Kolinlamil ready to secure the APEC Summit

Jakarta, APEC2013 - Marine Military Combat or Kolinlamil will organize a security operation involving the KRI Banda Aceh - 593 at the APEC Summit 2013 in Bali , in October 2013 .

Security operations were officiated via mandate of the Commander of the Military Sea Traffic (Pangkolinlamil) Admiral SM Darojatim during Independence Day Ceremony, read by Chief of Kolinlamil Staff, First Admiral Karma Suta, in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta , on Tuesday ( 17/9 ) .

In addition to supporting the security of the APEC summit, the team will also hold Kolinlamil Exercise Military Sea Transport (Latanglamil) , shift operations forces (Serpas) border security ( Pamtas ) between RI - PNG and Indonesia and East Timor , the inaugural KRI Banda Aceh - 593 in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam , and held a goodwill voyage by Kolinlamil’s Landing Platform Dock ( LPD ) to the Philippines , and participating in Rim of Pacific ( RIMPAC ) exercise to be held in Hawaii .

Furthermore , Pangkolinlamil also invite all soldiers and civil servants of Kolinlamil to always improve their performance in order to produce a better output than the previous semester . In addition , regarding the need to re- emphasize the function of Command Control ( KODAL ) to the ranks below, he reminded every team to always pay attention to and understand the procedures and rules and ensuring the safety of personnel and materials to achieve zero accident .

At the end of his mandate , Pangkolinlamil say a few words to be used as guidelines in performing everyday tasks . Among other things , the need to enhance professionalism by learning and practicing the task in order to face the increasingly complex and dynamic challanges. There’s also the need to increase sense of community and kinship in a conducive working atmosphere , as well as to cultivate the spirit of work and perform every task well and maintain the technical condition of the elements to improve operational readiness .
