KRAKOW, Poland - Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao flew back home from the Krakow city in southern Poland on Friday afternoon after concluding his three-day official visit to the country.

During the trip, Wen respectively met Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski, Parliament Speaker Ewa Kopacz, Senate Speaker Bogdan Borusewicz and Prime Minister Donald Tusk. They had candid and in-depth exchanges of views on China's ties with Poland and Europe, and other international issues of common concern.

At the China-Central and Eastern European leaders' meeting, Wen, together with other leaders, explored ways to further promote mutually beneficial and friendly cooperation in various spheres between China and those countries amid a complex and volatile international situation.

He also visited the Auschwitz concentration camp memorial on the outskirts of Krakow on Friday.

Wen arrived in Poland on Wednesday. The country was the last leg of his four-nation Europe tour that also took him to Iceland, the Hannover Messe, a world leading industrial fair in Germany, and Sweden.
