MOSCOW - Foreign ministers of Russia, China and India urged all concerned parties to show restraint over the satellite launch by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Friday.
In a news briefing after his meeting with the other two foreign ministers, Lavrov also said that the three countries jointly called for a sooner resumption of the Six-Party Talks over the nuclear issue of the Korean Peninsula.
