Lenovo to launch LePad 2 this year to rival iPad 2

BEIJING - Lenovo Group, China's largest PC maker by market share, plans to launch the second version of its tablet computer LePad this year, its chief executive officer Yang Yuanqing said to China Daily on Monday.
"We have confidence to compete with Apple's iPad 2 on Chinese market," the CEO said in an interview in Beijing on the sidelines of the annual session of the National People's Congress, the country's top legislature.
Yang also added that the company would boost its investments in the mobile network to improve user experiences.
