Train-Car collision kills one in E China

HEFEI - A train collided with a car at a railway crossing Thursday morning in Ma'anshan, a city in east China's Anhui province, killing the driver of the car.
Local authorities said the accident happened at about 5 a.m. at the railway crossing on Nanhu Street. The accident left the car stuck on the railroad tracks, blocking railway traffic for two hours.
No further casualties have been reported.
Passenger train K432 was heading toward Yangzhou, Jiangsu province, from Nanchang, capital of Jiangxi province, when the accident happened in Anhui.
Local authorities are investigating the accident.
