HOLLYWOOD - Hollywood beauty Scarlett Johansson plans to go under the knife in a bid to avoid becoming an "old hag"--as she insists she has no problems with beauty-enhancing surgery.
The Lost in Translation star, who is the face of cosmetics giant L'Oreal, admits she isn't afraid to use the surgery in the future to avoid growing old ungracefully.
She says, "I will definitely have plastic surgery--I don't want to become an old hag!
"I think if you're comfortable with yourself, that's sexy, but if you're not then go for it."
