Renault announced it will be recalling 451 units of its Koleos on the Chinese mainland.
The models were manufactured between July 23-25 of last year.
The automaker made the recall after reports of loose welding on its rear pillar, a vertical support on the car frame, could cause possible corrosion.
Renault Beijing will notice all Koleos owners involved and dealers will arrange safety checks.
