Hiroji Onishi will replace Shinji Kitada as the new president of Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co Ltd, Toyota Motor Corporation announced on its website on March 6. The handover is due to take effect by April 1.
Kazuhiro Kobayashi, the current Toyota deputy chief officer, will be the new president of Guangzhou Toyota Motor Co Ltd.
The personnel change has been implemented to further strengthen management in realizing the Toyota Global Vision announced in March 2011, Toyota said on its website.
