Medical company that plans to ferry patients from home to hospitals on planes has taken off in China.
Deer Jet Medical, which has been launched in partnership between Deer Jet Co Ltd under HNA Group, Hong Kong Golden Meditech Holdings Ltd, and Shenzhen CSOS Assistance Co Ltd, will station two aircraft on a 24x7 mode to safely transfer patients on a bed-to-bed manner to hospitals for treatment.
The three-party strategic tie-up combines medical capability and air transport capacity and fills the gap in the Chinese market to serve worldwide clients through customized "one-stop" solutions from China.
Compared to other overseas air assistance companies, the service fee of Deer Jet Medical is lower, about $10,000-12,000 an hour, said Deer Jet Medical's CEO Lu Haikuai.
