A crowdfunding community will be set up in Zhongjie High-tech Zone in Hebei province to help people talented in high-tech to develop their careers, according to Zhongguancun Private Equity & Venture Capital Association on Monday.
The association is joining with the high-tech zone in Cangzhou, Heibei province, to launch the program. IT talents can raise money from their friends and buy inexpensive apartments there to live in while they develop their careers, said Yi Jigang, executive secretary of ZVCA.
About 80 senior IT professionals have taken part in the program.
