Closer financial cooperation between Mainland and Taiwan

The Chinese mainland will further promote the financial cooperation with Taiwan to deal with the global financial crisis, Premier Wen Jiabao said in the work report at the opening meeting of the annual full session of the National People's Congress (NPC) today.

The central government will offer financing support for qualified Taiwan enterprises operating at the mainland, said Wen.
