Mopan Network, one of China's leading digital marketing service providers, announced plans to launch the first domestic mobile service platform of smart consumer electronics, said CEO Diao Weidong in Beijing on Friday.
Founded in 2011, Monpan focuses on mobile advertisement, all-media network and Gfan platform, which includes the news website, bulletin board system and the application store.
The company finished the A and B rounds of fundraising in 2014 and 2015 respectively. It is in the progress of getting listed in the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, better known as the New Third Board.
"Mopan will build a full-fledged advertisement ecosystem and expand to the intelligent manufacturing sector in 2016," said Diao on the housewarming ceremony of the company's move to a new office building on the Zhongguancun Intelligent Manufacturing Street.
The new innovation center, which is located in Wudaokou, a gathering of research centers and institutes of higher learning, is an incubator for cutting-edge manufacturing and a window for the "hard technology" in Beijing's Haidian District.
According to IResearch, China saw internet marketing revenue surpass 200 billion yuan ($30.34 billion) in 2015 and the figure is expected to reach 400 billion yuan in 2018.
