"Tuhao" is a buzzword in China in 2013. In Chinese, tu means uncouth and hao means rich. It has traditionally been referred to rich people who throw their weight around in China's rural areas. The word is now often used by the online community to refer to people who have the cash but lack the class to go with it.
Last year, a large variety of smart computers, mobile phones, and wearable devices were released into the market. Such smart phones, smart watches, smart lenses, ultra high-definition televisions, and gesture sensing controllers are considered to be "specials for tuhao".
