Xi's Belt and Road speech wins wide praise

It's one of the greatest speeches I've listened to in recent times. It's full of historical references and wisdom. It shows foundation thinking of a better initiative. He (President Xi Jinping) talks a lot about exchange of ideas and extending each other's (interests) and respecting each other. And he also talks about building a community of shared prosperity and shared destiny.

The speech laid the foundation for promoting infrastructure connectivity, financial connectivity and people-to-people relationships. Above all, it laid the foundation for harmonious, sustainable and win-win cooperation, which involved many countries across three continents. It's a unique, comprehensive cooperative mechanism significant to the global governance agenda. Many ministers from different countries have talked about the broad vision that the president has been promoting and it's also about the ability to forge shared benefits across the globe.
