According to statistics from 21 Century Economic Research Institute, Chinese cities with rapid growth in the first half of 2016 were greatly benefited from their fast-growing third industry.
The research found that Hangzhou led the GDP growth run with a 10.8 percent of growth in the first six months.

Growth rate: 10.8%
