The city of Tianjin has announced that it will host the World Economic Forum's annual Summer Davos meeting, June 26-28, with a theme of "4th industrial revolution and power transformation" and that hundreds of leaders from more than 90 countries and regions will be present.
This is the 10th session, with the first one also held in China, in 2007. This year, it will discuss the impact of the 4th industrial revolution on the future, society, the ecology and culture, with more than 150 sessions planned for the three-day event. The meeting is considered the world's most important meeting of its kind, covering science and innovation and it gives global leaders a good place to connect with each other.
