China-led AIIB announces names of five new vice-presidents

China's Finance Minister Lou Jiwei speaks at the Inaugural Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in Beijing, China, Jan 16, 2016.

The bank was formally established in Beijing in December 2015 and started operation in January. Chinese Finance Minister Lou Jiwei was elected as the first chairman of the AIIB board of governors.
