BEIJING - Chinese stocks fell for a sixth consecutive trading day on Thursday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index dropping by 2.14 percent, or 47.63 points, to close at 2,180.9.
The Shenzhen Component Index slid 2.44 percent, or 221.94 points to finish at 8,871.09.
