Beijing embraces warm 'slight cold'

Beijing embraced a sunny day on the 23rd solar term known as xiaohan, literally meaning "slight cold," which falls on Jan 5 this year and indicates the start of the coldest weather of the year. However, winter is a bit warmer than usual this year.
