Beijing Fragrant Hills Tourism Summit kicks off |
The 2013 World Tourism Cities Federation Council and the Second Beijing Fragrant Hills Tourism Summit are held from September 11, 2013 to September 14 in Beijing. Nearly 100 tourism cities, international tourism organizations, people in charge of tourism industry and tourism experts from across the world attend the meeting, and discuss and research the hope to revival the world’s economy – by the development of tourism. The 2013 Beijing Fragrant Hills Tourism Summit will communicate about and discuss the development of the world’s tourism with the theme “Tourism: the New Power for Cities’ Sustainable Development”; set up some special platforms for communication, divide the tourism development into groups to discuss and work out valuable developing strategies and suggestions; organize to build media alliances and boost to resolve all kinds of real-world problems facing the development of the tourism industry; issue the world tourism cities rankings list, and discuss and make the primary regulations for the tourism services of the world tourism cities. |
