A scenic area in Liuyang, Hunan province, offered woman who are over 22 and still virgins free sightseeing in the area during a festival held from Sept 19 to 25.

Many people thought the promotion vulgar and wondered whether the person that came up with it was crazy.

However, a director of the scenic area surnamed Liao said it was simply a creative measure to promote the festival.
