Two suspects in Mali hotel attack identified
BAMAKO -- Two suspects, who were arrested for the deadly attack on a hotel in Mali's capital Bamako, have been identified, a statement from Mali's intelligence agency said.
The two are Seidou Diepkile and Adama Maiga who were caught in Bamako suburb districts last Friday, the statement said, but didn't give further details.
"Questioning of the two suspects will help to shed more light on the motivations of the perpetrators of this terrorist attack which left 22 people dead," it said.
Gunmen last Friday attacked Radisson hotel in Bamako. Islamist group al-Murabitoun claimed responsibility, but the authorities have not established that.
