TEHRAN - Iran has arrested a man in the southeastern city of Kerman spying for Britain's Secret Intelligence Service (MI6), Press TV reported on Saturday.
The "spy" was arrested after months of "complicated intelligence activity," head of Kerman's Revolution Court Dadkhoda Salari was quoted as saying.
The man contacted 11 times with British intelligence agents both inside and outside of Iran, and passed information to them, Salari said, adding that he also received advice from the MI6 to act against Iran's interests.
The report did not specify when the man was arrested.
