A group of terrorists hiding in a deserted house in Amal district in Qalyubiya province planned to sabotage government institutions and disturb the preparation for the 40th anniversary of the 1973 Arab-Israel war scheduled for Sunday, Mahmoud Yousri, chief of Qalyubiya security headquarters, was quoted by MENA as saying.
During the operation, the security forces exchanged fire with the terrorists, killing two and arresting five others. They also seized four bombs, three guns and a pistol.
