Hao Yue - Talent in Dual

Hao Yue, a program that consists of 80 nationwide live house tours, four large-scale road shows, two music festivals and an ultimate awards ceremony, was launched recently in Beijing to help Chinese bands and niche music to get wider exposure. The program aims to make a shout out to China's stagnant music market and independent bands, according to Deng En, CEO of Beijing Hao Yue Entertainment. He says the sensation over talent shows in China has lasted 14 years, but program originality diminishes. He hopes the Hao Yue project can do a makeover and upgrade the usual single Player Kill pattern to team duel. 80 live house tours will be the center stage for different bands to challenge on the scene. After 80 rounds of pre-selection, remaining contestants will led by eight top musicians as regional band leaders for four large-scale road shows. The North vs. South music festival will follow suit in Beijing and Shenzhen live for the final.
