Belt and Road update - New York

The China Center for International Economic Exchanges and the Asia Society Policy Institute on Wednesday held the High-Level Sino-US Dialogue on the Belt and Road Initiative one month after a major forum was held in Beijing on the next steps for the $1 trillion infrastructure and development project. Present were (from left) Cui Tiankai, Chinese ambassador to the US; Zhao Qizheng, dean of Renmin University's School of Journalism; Kevin Rudd, president of the Asia Society Policy Institute and former prime minister of Australia; Tung Chee-hwa, former chief executive of Hong Kong; and Josette Sheeran, president and CEO of the Asia Society.
