Cutting the ribbon — SCARBOROUGH

MP Shaun Chen (second from right) along with guests cut the ribbon at an opening ceremony for the Asian Culture Festival Canada 2016 on Oct 7 at the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto in Scarborough. The one-week festival hosted by the Buddhist Prajna Temple involves diverse activities including a Buddhist film festival, songs contest, painting and calligraphy, Master Hongyi drama and a forum.
