SISTER CITIES

Pat Perkins (left), mayor of the Town of Whitby, Ontario, shakes hands with Zhou Bin, deputy mayor of the city of Yixing, Jiangsu, China, after signing a memorandum of understanding establishing a sister-city relationship on August 1 in Whitby.
