All the plush toys of the 2014 FIFA World Cup mascot Fuleco are produced in China. Besides the official souvenir, tourists can also find "similar" products on personal stalls on the streets of Rio de Janeiro. "All of these products are imported from China, too," said a Chinese store owner who preferred to stay anonymous. "We brought them from Yiwu, Zhejiang province to sell them to local retailers. The profit is significant."
