WAY TO THE FESTIVAL
Rev Dayi Shi (center), president of the Buddhist Association of Canada (BAC), announced on Tuesday in Thornhill that the first Buddhist Culture and Shuilu Fahui Festival, a ritual assembly for the creatures of water and land, will be held on July 7- 13 at the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto and Cham Shan Temple. The festival hosted by BAC and Cham Shan Temple will display the Buddhist carving statues of the Northern Wei Dynasty, Buddhism books offered by a 73-member Buddhist delegation from Jiangsu, China.
