DRAGON BOAT RACING

Benny Cheung (third from left seated), president of the Toronto Chinese Business Association, was joined by Xu Wei (left to Benny), Chinese deputy consul general in Toronto, Gloria Lo (left to Xu), director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Toronto, and other guests at a press conference on Wednesday in Toronto for Tim Hortons 26th Toronto International Dragon Boat Race Festival. The annual event will take place on June 21-22 on Toronto Centre Island. It celebrates the ancient Chinese sport of dragon boat racing with entertainment, food and a variety of family activities.
