15 trapped in Turkey mine collapse

ANKARA - Fifteen miners are trapped in a mine collapse in western Turkey on Sunday, private Dogan news agency reported.

Six miners have been rescued, but 15 others are still trapped underground after the mine collapse in the Aegean province of Manisa, according to the report.

Rescue efforts are ongoing to save the trapped workers, said the report, adding an investigation into the accident has been launched.
