PYONGYANG - The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Sunday agreed to hold Red Cross working-level talks on August 23, and accepted the Republic of Korea's proposal to arrange the reunion of families separated by the Korean War, according to the official news agency KCNA.
