India to back Palestine's bid for UN membership

NEW DELHI - India Tuesday said that it would fully back Palestine's bid for full and equal membership of the United Nations after Prime Minister Manmohan Singh held talks with visiting Palestine President Mahmoud Abbas in the national capital.
