BERKELEY, CA: Hong Yinxing (front right), chancellor and professor of economics with Nanjing University, signs a campus-wide exchange agreement with Professor Robert Birgeneau (front left), also chancellor of UC Berkeley on April 5. The first stop of his one-week North American tour, Hong said his delegation of leading faculty aims at promoting Nanjing University as an outstanding high-learning institution, and fostering more academic and people-to-people exchanges with American and Canadian counterparts.
