The annual award seeks to recognize organizations or individuals that make outstanding contributions to tourism development.
More than 50,000 tourism professionals, government officials and media personnel participated in the event, which was held over Nov 2-5.
WTCF, a nonprofit international tourism organization formed by more than 150 cities and tourism-related institutions, was established three years ago.
It aims to promote exchanges and cooperation among its members and the tourism industry.
