Vasco's at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing arranges a special "Catch Me If You Can" seafood buffet presented by Portuguese executive sous chef Ricardo Bizzaro. Tuck into authentic Portuguese seafood, such as roasted codfish with extra virgin olive oil, half-grilled lobster with spicy coconut sauce, Portuguese Acorda, and mashed bread with seafood and coriander. Ming Court

The Langham Xintiandi Shanghai has unveiled its luxurious Chinese restaurant, Ming Court. With views overlooking Xintiandi and Taiping Lake, Ming Court will offer modern Chinese cuisine with a focus on both Cantonese and Shanghainese dishes. One of the signature dishes is soy sauce pork with dried bamboo shoots served with chestnut pancakes. After the guests have made their selection from the extensive menu, the restaurant's sommelier will be on hand to recommend wines to complement their chosen dishes.

Easter brunch

On Easter Day, the Longemont Shanghai will create a lavish spread of Easter holiday specialties. All children can get free homemade chocolate rabbit and eggs. The brunch is priced at 268 yuan per person with free flow of soft drinks and 468 yuan per person with red and white wines, local beers and champagnes.

Spring tea

Spring is the perfect season for drinking tea. In April, for only 60 yuan plus a 15 percent surcharge, you can taste a nice cup of Longjing tea at the Tea Room of Hyatt on the Bund, served with a slice of tea-flavored cake or a variety of other cakes, including chocolate mousse cake, mocha red bean cake and jasmine tea tiramisu.

Renovated lounge opened
