Madrid - Real Madrid duo James Rodriguez and Sergio Ramos are serious doubts for the Madrid derby against La Liga champions Atletico on Saturday after hobbling off in the first-half of their side's league match with Sevilla on Wednesday.
Ramos appeared to be holding his left hamstring as he was replaced by Nacho after just eight minutes.
Rodriguez then opened the scoring with a header from close range, but he too had to withdrawn due to a problem with his right foot after 27 minutes.
Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is short of defensive options with Portuguese international centre-back Pepe currently sidelined due to a rib injury.
However, the Italian will be able to welcome back World Player of the Year Cristiano Ronaldo at the Calderon now that he has completed a two-match ban.
