A little Tibetan girl who suffers from congenital heart disease smiles for the camera ahead of receiving a free live-saving operation at the General Hospital of Armed Police Forces May 20, 2012. A total of 43 Tibetan children, ranging from 1 to 17 years old, were sent to four hospitals in Beijing on Sunday to have free operations for the disease that if left untreated can be fatal.
