Grab for crabs at Miyabi

Miyabi, the Japanese restaurant at the Sheraton Grand Beijing Dongcheng Hotel, is turning itself into a crab dining destination with a separate menu that's exclusively dedicated to snow crab imported from Japan. Baked, steamed or teppanyaki, there are plenty of delectable choices to satisfy your snow crab cravings. You will also get the chance to see the crabs that go straight from the aquarium at the entrance of the restaurant to the kitchen before they are served at your table. The menu includes snow crab soup (168 yuan), snow crab salad (208 yuan), snow crab roll (228 yuan) and whole snow crab (988 yuan) in many varieties.
