Sofitel Wanda gets new head chef

Yohan, a French chef, started his career in cuisines in 2009. Before joining Sofitel Wanda Beijing, he worked in many other hotels including Abu Dhabi Shangri-La, and restaurants.
His dishes reflect his experience of working alongside renowned chefs in the past, the hotel said.
Heritage also has a new manager, Quentin Duquenne, who earlier worked at Marriott Champs Elysees Hotel in Paris.
