The Designer

Canadian Chinese Cathy Wang（王心宴）is the founder and principal of Montaigne Design (蒙泰设计). Holding qualifications from the Sheffield School of Design in New York and the International Academy of Design in Toronto, Wang has worked on hospitality projects in both North America and China over the past 18 years. Formerly Shanghai Director of Hirsch Bedner Associates, she launched Montaigne Design in 2011, a boutique design company.
